What's stored. Daylog stores what you log: food, symptoms, mood, sleep, bowel, activity, body measurements and notes, each with a time. If you're invited by someone else, your name and email are stored too, so you can sign in.

Why. Only so you (and, if you ask Claude to look at it, an AI assistant you choose to show it to) can spot patterns in your own health over time. Nobody else sees your entries — not even the admin who invited you.

Who can see it. Only you. Every page and every query in this app is filtered to your own account.

Shared or sold? Never. This app isn't connected to any advertising or analytics service.

How to delete it. Go to Settings → Delete my account to permanently erase every row that belongs to you. This can't be undone.

A note on safety. If a mental-health questionnaire in this app ever suggests you might be at risk, it will show India's free 24/7 Tele-MANAS helpline (14416 or 1800-891-4416) immediately, in addition to saving your answer.
